Dibaadendiziwin- Humility
Humility is to know that we are a part of creation.
Humility is represented by the wolf. For the wolf, life is lived for his pack and the ultimate shame is to be outcast. Live life selflessly and not selfishly. Respect your place and carry your pride with your people and praise the accomplishments of all. Do not become arrogant and self important. Find balance in within yourself and all living things.
We must always consider ourselves equal to one another. We should never think of ourselves as being better or worse than anyone else. Humility comes in many forms. This includes compassion, calmness, meekness, gentleness, and patience. We must reflect on how we want to present ourselves to those around us. We must be aware of the balance and equality with all of life, including humans, plants, and animals.

Bethany was chosen for Student of the Month. Her teacher, Mrs. Peterson says, “Bethany has worked hard to adapt to learning at home this year. She shows up to every google meets, even when it's a challenge, and participates in all of them! She puts in her best effort and works very hard! She always has a positive attitude and is excited to share what she knows. I am so proud of Bethany!”
Bethany’s favorite part of school is math because you can find out the numbers.
She is most thankful for her toy black horse with the golden saddle and bridle. Her black horses’ name is Warrior and her brown horse is Cookie. Bethany loves horses and dinosaurs!
Bethany, you are such a cool kid! Keep up the good work!
