Playing the piano is not only very enjoyable, it has been shown to boost cognitive functions, since it stimulates almost every area of the brain simultaneously. Here are the times for the activity practice bus for the week of August 25. JH VB (in Waubun) and JH FB (in Mahnomen) will practice from 3:30 - 5:30.

As the school year ended and cleaning was done through the summer we have some things we no longer need at the school. These are all free and can be picked up by the bus garage in Waubun.

WOWE Indian Education has been busy this month packing up all of the School Supply Kits for all students in all grades. Kits will be given out during the Open House on August 27th from 4-6pm. Visit the Indian Education table to receive your student's kit. Included in the kits are everything our students need to start the school year out strong.

Our throw back Thursday is back to the year 2012. With a Volleyball scrimmage tomorrow in Clearbrook-Gonvick we wanted to share some all stars from the past.
