Sitting down to share a bite to eat has HUGE benefits for both students and their families! It can reduce obesity, help your student perform better at school, and lower the risk of depression. The type of meal shared doesn't matter, just that time is spent together, sharing food and conversation.

Congrats to Jase Lhotka! 8U-90 CHAMPION at the Rumble on the Red Tournament. He won decisively, pinning all three opponents!
In the first every Rumble on the Red - Girls Division, Sophia Rojas and November Nelson both placed fifth at their respective weight classes. November went 3-2 for the two day event and defeated Kiera Agulara of Minnetonka, MN for 5th place. Sophia Rojas went 4-2 for the two days defeating Gabby Romans of Jamestown, ND for 5th.
Trevor Neisen places fifth at the Rumble on the Red tournament at the Fargo Dome.
