On Friday July 21st- The Waubun Envirothon Team traveled to Sackville, New Brunswick, Canada for their week at the North American Envirothon Competition!
Saturday July 22nd they enjoyed an afternoon kayaking in the Bay of Fundy off the Atlantic Ocean. Opening Ceremonies begin tomorrow(Sunday July 23rd)

Thursday, July 20th 12 U softball tournament.
On Thursday, the Waubun Envirothon team worked on soil testing. They reviewed the 7 characteristics of soil concentration on soil pH and bulk density. They also reviewed the 13 macro and micronutrients, soil formation and how to read the soil tables of New Brunswick in preparation for the North American Envirothon, July 23 thru the 28th.

Another update for Thursday- All Girls Softball will be playing in Waubun- There is NO AWAY GAMES!!!
The Waubun Envirothon team was out along Spring Creek to learn about soil horizons Monday night. They leave for the North American Envirothon in Sackville, New Brunswick Canada next Friday the 21st.
We have an update for the Little League Baseball tournament in Hawley on Thursday- Bus now leaves the SB fields @ 9:00am... 1st game @ 10:15am

are you planning on playing a sport for the 2023-24 school year? If so, please make sure you have a sports physical on file. You must have one on file with the high school office before you can participate in practices or contests. Sports physicals are good for 3 years! If you have any questions regarding the status of your physical, please contact your high school office.
If your student has a known medical condition that may require medication administration or potential emergent services, please have your medical provider fill out a Medical Action Plan for school staff to follow with the specific instructions.If a prescription medication is required to manage your student's medical condition in school (whether it is scheduled or as needed), a Prescription Medication Form must be filled out and signed by your student's healthcare provider and the parent/guardian.
