🌲✨ First & Second Grade PBIS School Forest Adventure ✨🌲
Our amazing 1st and 2nd graders explored the wonders of the School Forest during their PBIS experience this week!
The experience was filled with:
Hands-on creativity in the Maker-Space
Get in the Moment Activity and hike to sharpen their observation skills
Fun and engaging games to build teamwork
Outdoor exploration with fort building, imaginative play, and tool use
It was incredible to see their excitement and curiosity as they connected with nature and each other. This experience not only encouraged learning and play but also reinforced the PBIS values of respect, responsibility, and community.
Thank you, parents, for preparing your students for the day and supporting these outdoor learning adventures. We can’t wait for more fun at the School Forest!

🌲 Kick Start’s Adventure at the School Forest! 🌳
On Friday, our Kick Start students had an incredible time exploring the School Forest! They built forts, tried their hands at using tools, and learned through hands-on nature-based activities. It was an afternoon filled with curiosity, teamwork, and so much joy.
Why is outdoor play so important? 🌞
• It helps kids build confidence and creativity.
• It strengthens their connection to the natural world.
• It fosters problem-solving, collaboration, and a healthy sense of adventure!
We’re so proud of these young learners for diving into the experience and embracing all the benefits that come from being outside. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day a success!
Let’s continue encouraging our kids to enjoy the great outdoors—it’s where growth and learning come to life!
