Parent Teacher Conference Preference Survey:
The district is in the process of creating the school calendar for next year. There was a suggestion made to change conferences from two evening conferences, to a Thursday evening and a Friday morning the following day. Students would be given the day off on the Friday of morning conferences.

Section 6A Boys Basketball Brackets are out! Thunderbirds claimed the #2 seed and will be playing their first round on Thursday @ 7:00pm. Stay tuned for location (Mahnomen or Waubun)

Mrs.Oertwich’s 2nd graders had a blast sledding today! They celebrated filling up their PRIDE penny holder.


JO try-outs will be this Sunday at the Waubun high school gym. The times are the same as what is on your registration form.
Times are as follows:
1:00 – 1:45 pm: 4th, 5th and 6th grade
2:00 – 3:00 pm: 7th and 8th grade
3:00 – 4:00 pm: 9th, 10th and 11th grade

The Kindness Challenge winners are the Jr High and Seniors!! Both Teams will receive a Pizza Party. Details will go to your homeroom teachers early next week! Thank you all for who participated. Continue to be KIND!!!
