School and buses will be dismissed early tomorrow, Monday, March 9, so students , families, and staff who wish to attend the boys’ basketball game will have time to travel to attend the game to support our team. School will be dismissed at 2:40 at Waubun and early buses at Ogema will release for early bus at 2:20, late bus at Ogema will pick up at 2:50. There will be no Get busy or Climber Club programs and no late bus. SACC will be offered , but parents will need to be sure to pick up children before 5:30. It is spirit day tomorrow for all students, staff, and fans so please wear your Thunderbird gear. Go Thunderbirds!
Thunderbirds Boys Basketball plays at Concordia Monday at 6pm. There will be a Fan bus available if enough people are interested and payed by noon tomorrow. Details:
$15 per person. Need 22 people minimum. PAYED by noon Monday. Parent/guardian needed for anyone under 9th grade. Pick up in Mahnomen at 4:00, Waubun 4:20. Leave Concordia at halftime of game following ours. Approximate return to Mahn/Waub schools 10:00.

Congratulations to the 8th graders for winning the Penny Wars with a positive $18.39 and a grand total of $27.39. The Juniors raised the 2nd most money with $26.15, but ended up Negative $10.15. Thanks to all who donated.
