Brylee was selected November Student of the Month. Her teacher, Mrs. Erickson says, “I chose Brylee as Student of the Month for November. I am so proud to have her in my class! She is such a great leader, always willing to help out her friends and teachers throughout the day! She is also very respectful, kind-hearted, and has such a warm smile. She always joins our Google Meets ready-to-learn and with excitement! She strives to do her best each and every day by raising her hand, completing her work, and participating in class. I am so proud of you Brylee, and am so lucky to have you in my class! Congratulations! :)” Brylee is most thankful for her mom. She loves to play the card game “garbage” with her mom. Brylee’s favorite part of school is her teacher. Brylee loves the movies she gets to watch in her class. She also loves playing with toys. Brylee loves to swim at the lake in the summer. She loves to play in the snow in the winter. Brylee also has her first loose tooth! You are such a hard worker and kind girl! Way to go, Brylee!

General notification for families that a person in the school program community tested positive for COVID-19 Waubun-Ogema-White Earth Public School Tuesday , December 1, 2020 Dear Families, We were notified by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) that a member of the Waubun-Ogema-White Earth Public School community has tested positive for COVID-19. No dates have been identified for potential school community spread. We cannot for privacy reasons share details about the person. At this time, they are staying home and/or working at home until they are well and can no longer spread the disease. We have worked with MDH to identify those who were in close contact with the person who tested positive for COVID-19, and no close contacts have been identified in our school community. If you have not been contacted, your child is not considered a close contact, and there is nothing special you need to do.
