Waubun-Ogema-White Earth District #435 is seeking a Full-Time Cook for the Waubun site. The candidate should have one (1) year experience in food service preparation, cooking and operations in a commercial kitchen, a High School Diploma or Equivalent, must have a Safe Serve Certification and also be willing to meet Minnesota Department of Education School Nutrition Program training hours. This position is responsible to develop quality, nutritional menu options for the school district, prepare the outlined daily food menu and ensure the overall performance is meeting established nutritional and safety guidelines to promote healthy food options and to ensure having a successful food program. Starting wage is $18.05/hr or DOQ. Work schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., M-F.
