Come check out the school forest in honor of Heart Healthy Month Saturday February 11, 2023 from 9 am - 12 pm. You can ski, snowshoe, and walk alongside the ski trail. There are sleds and a sledding hill also.  Hot Chocolate and a free Minnesota bird book will also be handed out while supplies last. 

Join us for ECFE from 5:30-6:30 at the Ogema School. A fun night for children ages 0-4 and their parents/guardians.

The Thunderbirds hosted the region 8 ninth grade and under wrestling league qualifying tournament on Saturday.  There are no classes in this league, so all schools wrestle each other.  20 schools participated Saturday in Mahnomen.  Top two go to the Ninth Grade and Under State tournament in Champlin Park February 4th.

The Thunderbirds Placed 10th out of 20 teams with Grand Rapids capturing 1st.

Due to weather and hazardous driving conditions, there will be no school today, Friday, January 27th, 2023.  There is no e-learning today and there will be no after school activities. Stay safe and warm. 
Waubun-Ogema-White Earth School and buses will be two hours late tomorrow on Friday, January 27th, due to weather conditions. 
STEAM club learned about non-Newtonian fluids today with Mrs Fabre. We made oobleck; is it a liquid or solid?

Ms. Skersick’s Jr. high art students made free style watercolor paintings! 




Ms. Skersick’s Art 1 students made some multi media snowmen! 

Ms. Skersick’s Jr. High art students had a drawing lesson using the human eye to explore the different values. 


Mr. Skaaland’s 6th graders made an oil pastel drawing in art with Ms. Skersick today! 

Mrs. Skersick’s 3rd graders made hot mugs with Ms. Skersick in art class!
