Mrs. Erickson's kindergarten class made their first art class project with Ms. Skersick! They read the story "The Kissing Hand", and for art they made raccoons with their own hand print!




Mrs. Moore's first grade made oil pastel zebras in art with Ms. Skersick!



Mrs. Bement’s first graders made a colorful zebra using oil pastels with Ms. Skersick!





Do you need homework help or credit recovery? Grades 4-12- Starting on Tuesday, September 19th, homework help and credit recovery will be available after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the ALC room. Parent permission forms and CLP forms must be completed to attend. Forms can be picked up in the office.

Congrats to the JV Football team on their win over Barnesville last night!
Indian Education after-school program will be starting Tuesday, Sept. 19th and will run every week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Grades 4-12. Parent permission forms must be turned in before you can attend. Program will be held in the ALC room. Permission slips and information can be picked up in the office.
Esports practice will begin Monday, September 18, after School (~3:30) until Late Bus pickup time (~6:00).
Dear Parents/Guardians: Students are expected to ride their assigned bus each day. In the event that a student needs to be dropped off at an alternative location, parents/guardians must call and notify the office before 2:00 pm. Requests made after 2:00 pm will not be accepted. Please note that bus passes are subject to the maximum capacity of each bus and are restricted to scheduled stops on the bus route. Thank you for your cooperation!
Reminder: Ogema and Waubun have an attendance texting number!! Use this report your students' attendance or call the main office of the respective school.

The 2023-2024 school year is off to a GREAT start! Ogema Elementary students and teachers attended a Welcome Back school assembly to wrap up the amazing week!

Waubun Elementary parents/guardians: The afterschool SACC program will begin Monday, September 11th, for grades 4-6 students. Registration forms have been sent home with all students and must be completely filled out and returned before they can be in the program. Students can be picked up and signed out in the high school office. Please contact Charlene Gilliss at 473.6122 with any questions.

The Waubun-Ogema-White Earth ECFE program is a separate class for children ages 0-4 and their parents/guardians. During each class, we have age-appropriate table activities, plus time to explore the other toys around the room. We will read a story and have a small snack at the end of each class. ECFE meets Monday evenings 1-3 times per month, from 5:30-6:30 pm (calendar will be provided with set dates). There is no charge to attend the ECFE class.
