Ms. Skersick's 8th grade Art students spent 3 days in class working on cutting cardboard, painting cardboard, stapling, taping, wiring, tying and gluing stuff together to create the ultimate art project: The Jolly Roger! For homecoming we are "Throwing the Raiders Overboard!" Go Thunderbirds! They are such a fun, kind group of kids to work with! We love them!

Nakona has been such a joy to have in class! She is very helpful to her classmates and has a kind heart. She often on task and reminds her classmates when they get off task. So excited for the rest of year with her!

Hannah Pettit is the 5th grade Student of the Month. She goes continually above and beyond in and out of the classroom. Hannah accels in her academics. She expresses herself well in writing and is an integral part of class discussions. Hannah is a leader in word and deed. She chooses a good attitude even when circumstances are not ideal.
