Students interested in competing in the National Poetry Contest from The America Library of Poetry must print their polished 20-line maximum poems and turn in to Ms. Baker for registry by April 26th. More information is on the school website and in the offices.

We went to NDSU for the FM Symphony Concert, First Lutheran Church in downtown Fargo for a demonstration of the organ, “The king of instruments”, and finally to DL for DQ Dilly Bars down by the beach!

The Thunderbird football program would like to thank the communities for an outstanding show of support during the Vikings Town Takeover. Your support and generosity was outstanding. The Vikings representatives were blown away by the support shown to our football program. We would also like to express deep thanks to all those that donated time and helped out at the various activities. A lot of people do little things that make our program special. Special thanks goes out to Tina Starkey and Annie Baker for coordinating this event and making it a huge success. We also thank the Vikings organization and representatives for their help along with Innovative Office Solutions and 3M for making this award possible. Also, to Shirley Kjolberg and the "Grill Master" Bob Bjorge for the delicious meals they prepared. Go Thunderbirds!

The Victor the Viking Elementary Event has been canceled. It will be rescheduled at a later date. All other events are still on schedule.
School is canceled today for the Waubun-Ogema-White Earth Schools due to the hazardous driving conditions.All Community Viking Take Over events are still on schedule. We will send an updated alert for the Elementary school Victor the Viking event. Have a safe day.
Waubun-Ogema-White Earth School and busses wil be two hours late tomorrow, Friday, April 12, 2019. Busses will pick up where they are able to travel.
Waubun-Ogema-White Earth Schools will be released at 1:15 today due to the snow storm and hazardous driving conditions. All afterschool activities are cancelled. SACC will be the only program open. SACC students will need to be picked by 3:00 pm. Have a safe evening.
