Due to scheduling conflicts the Women's Self Defense Class has changed to Saturday, Nov. 2nd. Price, time, location and registration are all the same. Please encourage all the women in your life to attend. This is a great skill to have and empowerment and knowledge!

Boys and Girls Club
Ogema/White Earth will be opening Monday, October 7th, at the White Earth Community Center. This after school program is available to Kindergarten-4th grade students and will be held until 5:30 each day.
School Age Child Care (SACC)
The Ogema SACC program for Kick-Start -4th grade will start on Monday, September 30th and run Monday-Friday from 3:30-5:30 when school is in session. All children must be picked up by 5:30. The cost is $4 per day per child.
** Students must be registered each year to attend and have a $0 balance to start the year. You may check in the office for balance information. Registration forms and guidelines can be picked up in the elementary office.

ecause the poll for the yearbook came back pretty closely tied between memes, Thunderbirds, and graffiti, the students decided to combine all three. The yearbook theme will be Thunderbirds in graffiti style, with a page spread for memes. Students and staff should watch for a call for meme submissions soon!
Because the theme is going to include all three, the students would like to have a contest for best meme, best photo, and best drawing.
Students can enter the "Meme-yourself " contest by taking a photo of themselves and adding a caption that turns them into a meme.
Students can submit to the school photo contest by sending in their best Thunderbirds-themed photo.
The yearbook students will also be accepting submissions for the best graffiti-inspired drawing.
The yearbook students will vote and decide the best meme, photo, and drawing, and the winners will be featured in this year's yearbook.
All meme, photo, and drawing submissions should be turned into Ms. Price no later than the end of the day Monday, Dec. 2. CONTEST WINNERS WILL RECEIVE A FREE YEARBOOK!!!
