The District has received 200 more Farm to Families food boxes thanks to the USDA Farm to Family Food Program and the White Earth Feeding Our Families Food Program. We will be giving them out today starting at 1:30pm at the Waubun High School. Please go to the kitchen door at the Northeast corner of the school. We will have them available for pick up till 5:30pm or until gone. Food boxes contain fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy products. Any family can pick up a box.

In honor of Native American Heritage Month the Indian Education Department will he holding these contests in November,
Grades 4-6: Native American Poster Contest- Due on November 25th- Any needed supplies can be picked up from your teacher… PRIZE: $25 Gift Card
Grades 7-12: Essay Contest. Check your email for full details and the essay topic. Must be at least 2 paragraphs. Anyone who enters will receive extra credit in their English Class.. JH and SH winners each receive a $25 Gift Card. Due November 25th.
The Friday Night Movie is on! Now showing: Monster House. Movie is Free, Concessions will be available to purchase. The movie will start at 7:00. Bring your chairs and blankets and dress for the weather.
