A couple of activity updates:

A JV Football game has been added for this Thursday, 9/18 vs Walker in Waubun with a 4:30 start.

There is NO JV game Friday vs Nevis. Varsity starts at 7:00.

Congratulations to our first Tbird Ticket winners of the school year! These students have been showing their Tbird Pride in the first 2 weeks of school and got to pick out a small prize! Way to go, Lil' Thunderbirds!

-Travel along HWY 59 to E Jefferson Ave (the main intersection of HWY 59 just north of the Casino)
-Travel West on E Jefferson Ave to 1st Street
-Travel North on First Street to W McKinnley Ave and access the parking area from W McKinnley Ave

Here are the times for the activity practice bus for the week of August 25. JH VB (in Waubun) and JH FB (in Mahnomen) will practice from 3:30 - 5:30.

As the school year ended and cleaning was done through the summer we have some things we no longer need at the school. These are all free and can be picked up by the bus garage in Waubun.

WOWE Indian Education has been busy this month packing up all of the School Supply Kits for all students in all grades. Kits will be given out during the Open House on August 27th from 4-6pm. Visit the Indian Education table to receive your student's kit. Included in the kits are everything our students need to start the school year out strong.

Our throw back Thursday is back to the year 2012. With a Volleyball scrimmage tomorrow in Clearbrook-Gonvick we wanted to share some all stars from the past.
