Elementary Wrestling starts tonight!! Grades PK-6. Practice at 6:00 in the All Purpose Gym in Waubun. All elementary students interested are welcome to attend the first practice. More information and practice schedules will be out soon!

Tuesday: Don’t be a Scrooge: wear some type of Holiday gear
Wednesday: Shine Bright like a Diamond: Light up your wardrobe with holiday lights, glitter, tinsel, etc
If anyone needs sawdust for any reason, Mr. Worner has enough to fill at least 4-5 gallon buckets that he will be disposing of next week if nobody wants it
Waubun Elementary is sponsoring a food drive to donate to the Becker County Food Pantry to help families out during this holiday season. We will be taking donations from December 13th-17th. We ask that all donations be either canned or boxed foods. Boxes for donations will be placed in both elementary hallways and the North entryway by the offices.

The Mahnomen/Waubun Thunderbirds wrestling team defeated Greenbush-Badger-Middle River 42-36.
Junior high boys basketball will begin on Monday, December 13th. There will be a meeting tomorrow during school for those who are interested. Players must fill out an eligibility form and have a current sports physical on file in order to participate.
2021-2022 Sports Physical and MSHSL Eligibility Forms are available on the school web page. They can also be picked up in the HS office. If you are unsure if your student needs a physical please call the HS office at 473-6173.
The junior high girls basketball game against Park Christian will be played at Good Shepherd Church in Moorhead. The address is:
