WOWE is proud to announce that one of our 2008 WHS graduates has just published her first book, Cayla Bellanger DeGroat. "The Real History of Thanksgiving" tells about all the things left out of history when learning about Thanksgiving. It is filled with tons of important information and wonderful pictures and illustrations. The book can be order on Amazon or Barnes & Noble. Congrats Cayla! WOWE is so proud.

Waubun-Ogema-White Earth District #435 is seeking a Full-time Interim Superintendent for March 1st, 2023 - June 30th, 2023. The position serves students pre-k - 12th grade in the Waubun-Ogema White Earth area. The district is seeking an Interim Superintendent who will provide top notch leadership for both students and staff. Interested candidates should have a strong background in school leadership and possess a current MN School Superintendent license. The WOWE staff is truly “one team with one goal”. The candidate should possess great collaboration skills to work with our various community partners, a dedication to youth and curriculum and a strong belief that every student can succeed. The W-O-W-E school district is located in Northwestern Minnesota where the prairie meets the lakes and the pines. There will be a meeting for all JH boys who are planning on playing basketball today at 12:40 in the library.
