BINGO for Books was held on February 15th at Ogema Elementary. Students and families played BINGO and all of our students went home with books to read! Happy ‘I Love to Read’ Month!
The Highlight of the Month, presented by Trophy House and KDLM, WAve 104.1 and KRCQ recognizes an area athletic program and achievement by their student athletes. Thunderbirds own Jayden Heisler was awarded the Highlight of the Month last night before the basketball game. Jayden was honored for his play at the end of the State Football Championship game that sealed the win for the Thunderbirds! A big thank you to everyone who took the time to vote! Way to go Thunderbirds and Jayden Heisler!

Due to multiple activities happening the Sweetheart Dance has been postponed until April. Stay tuned for the date and time.
Today, Miss Allen's Kindergarten spent the day at Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge. We learned about animal tracks and practiced moving like different animals (it's hard!) and discussed migration, hibernation, and insulation. We learned about predators and prey and played Fox and Rabbit. We hiked in the woods and recorded our observations of nature. The best part about today was being together and learning to love the outdoors. ♡
