Good Morning!
Our students and staff at Ogema Elementary have a Donuts with Cops breakfast this morning(Friday).
Due to this fun event, you may see several law enforcement vehicles at/near the school in Ogema during drop off and bus arrival times.

We had an amazing group of students earn a Tbird Ticket prize! Our students have spent January reviewing the rules, in and out of the classroom. We also use this mid-year time to review our emergency procedures. Congratulations to all these students!

Joei Eaglefeather, Keo Keezer and Dylan McMullen advance to the MN 9th Grade and Under State Wrestling Tournament! The MNGWL Region 8 Boys and Region 7/8 Girls Wrestling Tournaments were hosted in Mahnomen on Saturday. There were 17 boys teams and 16 girls teams. Thunderbird Wrestling Results: Girls: Joei Eaglefeather - 2nd place - 88 lbs. Boys: Keo Keezer - 1st place - 94 lbs. Dylan McMullen - 1st place - 189 lbs. Eli Pazdernik - 3rd place - 127 lbs. Triston Jackson - 3rd place - 285 lbs. Owen Hoban - 4th place - 121 lbs. Joseph Keezer - 4th place - 139 lbs. Jase Lhotka - 4th place - 172 lbs.

Weather Announcement:

Due to continued hazardous cold weather conditions, Waubun-Ogema-White Earth Public Schools will have an E-Learning Day tomorrow, Friday, January 23. Students should follow their E-Learning plans and submit assigned work to be marked present for the day.

Weather Announcement:

Due to forecasted dangerously cold temperatures, Waubun-Ogema-White Earth Public Schools will dismiss early tomorrow, January 22. Ogema Elementary will dismiss at 12:10 p.m., and Waubun Elementary/Secondary will dismiss at 12:15 p.m.

All after-school activities (including School Aged Childcare) are canceled.

We will continue to monitor the weather and will share additional updates as needed. Please be on the lookout for future updates regarding Friday, January 23.
